Nothing, I was double charged for a night's stay and not given a room the next night, or refunded. So I paid three nights for the price of one in the end. Am very dissatisfied with the hotel, staff and management for this. Especially after having spent several thousand pounds here over the past few weeks! :( extremely dissatisfied customer

Normal, but don't expect much. There are better places in better location for the paid price. 5 mins to the subway but not nice surroundings for me, however didn't feel insecure

Safe location, lots of people/families out and about walking around, riding bikes etc. Every staff memeber we encountered was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and had a refrigerator.

Great location on the edge of Park Slope so easy walk to multiple cafes, restaurants, and pubs. Five blocks from Prospect Park. Free parking was a bonus—small lot but it was never completely full during our stay.

A HUGE plus is that they hotel has a small parking lot right in front. If there is space available, you can park your car for FREE - which I did. Location is also terrific and close to restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and the modern styling of the room is attractive. Glad that there was not old wall-to-wall carpeting.

Room Size and cleanliness. Bathroom size and cleanliness. Free wifi. Mini Fridge. Blackout Blinds. Central location in Brooklyn. Close to 9th Street subway station. AC. Computer facility. Microwave available downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Daily room housekeeping. Late checkout was available. Reception looked after our luggage on the last day while we went out and returned later to go to the airport.
